Sunday, June 6

Monday, June 7

8:45-10:00 AM — Introduction to old vine and trellised winegrowing at Bechthold and Phillips Farms
10:15-11:15 AM — Old vine and certified organic winegrowing at ZinStar Vineyard (The Lucas Winery owner/grower/winemakers Heather Pyle and David Lucas)
11:30 AM-12:30 PM — Lunch and tasting at The Lucas Winery
12:45-1:45 PM — Discussion of “Meeting today’s challenges as a Lodi farmer” at Heritage Oak Winery (Heritage Oak owner/grower/winemaker Tom Hoffman)
2:00-3:30 PM — Introduction to winemaking at Bokisch Vineyards (Elyse Perry, Bokisch winemaker)
4:00-5:30 PM — Afternoon break at Airbnb

12:00-1:15 PM — Lunch with Association of African-American Vintners guest speaker (Phil Long, AAAV president and founder/winemaker of Longevity Wines) at Klinker Brick Winery
1:30-3:30 PM — “Cellar rat” work at Klinker Brick Winery (Klinker Brick winemaker Joseph Smith and assistant winemaker Chris Rivera)
